1st Ladder: OBJECTIVES

Team Kushi will understand the objective / motive of study tour right from selecting a destination, making tailor made itineraries, questionnaire, Project material, taking all the required appointments from institutes & factories. Apart from Khushi Holidays team members who play an important role of educators on tours, we also hire professionals wherever a projects revolves around dams (hydraulic engineers), finance (bankers) and hotels (sales and marketing executives), Nature study and Organic farming - Conventional and non-conventional energy by Qualified Naturalist - Professors), who are in a position to use their knowledge and experience and give correct information when the project calls for such professional help. This helps in making the project accurate, more informative and successful.

2nd Ladder: LEARNING OUTCOMES

After the discussion our team will submit the detail report of the learning outcomes of the project.

3rd Ladder: LESSON PROCEDURE

As per the objective and learning outcomes our team of professionals will design the lesson procedure (Module) and equip the concern teacher/s with the literature and questioners.

4th Ladder: STUDENT ACTIVITIES

Students will be briefly informed and equipped with literature and questioner with the help of PPTs and seminars by qualified professionals. During the project students will visit various town cities and places of interest which includes historical palaces and monuments, museums, science center, observatories, national parks, factories, NGOs etc.

5th Ladder: ASSESSMENT & EVALUATION

Our team of experts will assess & evaluate the students on reports/scrap books/ PPTs, videos and data collection.
